Spectrum Surveying was originally developed to aid real estate professionals with their surveying needs by specializing primarily in residential and commercial mortgage surveys. We have since expanded our scope and are now able to take on any project for any client in any environment on time and for a fair price.

From traditional surveying, to assessment of an elevation certificate, to employing the latest technologies, Spectrum Surveying, Inc. has the commitment and experience needed to achieve an accurate lay of the land. Our highly skilled team of Florida surveying and mapping professionals and technicians work on a wide spectrum of surveying and mapping projects. We use state-of-the-art field and office equipment. We utilize AutoCAD and Carlson as our base graphic software, enhanced by a variety of additional software packages selected to meet the needs of our clients and their projects.
